This is an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre Senior Project Manager to join a market-leading organisation delivering cutting-edge solutions across a broad range of vertical markets. You will have the autonomy to lead projects from concept through to completion, while helping to shape best practice and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver work across multiple projects within budgeted costs and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, contractors, and suppliers as required.
• Ensure Health and Safety files are in place for each project and that safe systems of work are implemented.
• Design systems covering electronics, mechanics, and optics to meet client requirements, using proven technology while also exploring new and innovative solutions.
• Understand and manage the contractual requirements of each project.
• Ensure technical and drawing information is accurate, available, and sufficient for others to carry out their work efficiently.
• Physically set up system elements to prove concepts where required.
• Manage all financial aspects of projects, including invoicing and variations, ensuring the business is not financially exposed and that payments are received on time.
• Liaise with suppliers to research product information and purchase the necessary system components, ensuring best value for money.
• Manage all aspects of interfacing audio-visual systems into client buildings, covering both hardware and software interfaces.
• Carry out on-site commissioning and configuration programming of systems.
• Represent the company at a senior level, maintaining the required standard of professional conduct and presentation.
• Continue developing your knowledge through experience and research, becoming an expert in one or more areas of project work that others within the organisation can refer to.
